Smashbox.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding majorholidays). Below are the shipping options available for your Smashbox.com package. Please select the option thatbest suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."

U.S. Territories and APO/FPO destinations

For orders being shipped to APO/FPO/DPO destinations or U.S. Territories please place your order by April 7, 2016for delivery by Mother's Day *

eGift Cards

Place your eGift Card order by 1:00 PM on May 8, 2016 for delivery on Mother's Day**All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed andshipped. Second Day Service and Overnight Service are not available for shipments to APO/FPO/DPO, PO Boxdestinations, U.S. Territories, Canada, and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii. STANDARD SERVICE
Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.

Most Standard orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order's ship date.
Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days.
Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date.
Please note that delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

2ND DAY SERVICE

2nd Day orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on productavailability. 2nd Day orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2 business days from the order's ship date.
Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for 2nd Day Service.
Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for 2nd Day shipments.

OVERNIGHT SERVICE
Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on productavailability. Overnight orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.
Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight shipments.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be shipped the same day if placed by 3:00 PM EST.
Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise designated by the recipient. If a signature waiver is in place, Smashbox.com cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Overnight or 2nd Day Service is not available for shipments to APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes, certain locations in Alaska and Canada. Please call us at 888-763-1361 if you have any questions.
Some items sold by Smashbox.com require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. AtSmashbox.com, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations maynot be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If youwish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your fullorder.
We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipments to APO/FPO and PO Box Addresses

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO/DPO address, but some restrictions apply.
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories

Smashbox.com accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. See shipping rules and restrictions.
